What a miserable experie...</title><content type='html'>We ate there this Sunday. What a miserable experience. Ordered drinks 2 cokes and a bloody mary. Drinks came minus Bloody Mary. Said that it would be right up. 45 minutes later. Still no bloody mary and no waitress. Went to the bathroom and saw practically all staff standing in front of pass through. When I got back to the table, cornered the waitress and told her that we had to pick some one up in about 45 minutes and if it took any longer to just pack it up to go. I also told her to nix the bloody mary since she never brought it. She went to the kitchen and came back saying it would be about 10 minutes as they were backed up. This was around 2:45? Lunch rush over. Our dining room was half empty. Sounds like  breakdowns in both the staff and kitchen. Won&amp;#39;t catch me there again. This is the second time I have got screwed at that restaurant. Sadly this seems to be an epidemic. The Service industry has gone to hell. The last time I had great service, I had to pay a nice chunk of money at Flemings. They cook to temperature, are big and messy, and have some decent cheeses, too. I've never really gotten consistent burger temperatures unless I cooked it or I knew the person cooking it. I guess I'm a little pickier than most though. Lots of places have "good" burgers.
