This is Helen's. i wanted to first say thank you so much for coming in during restaurant week. We know there was a lot to choose from and are gracious that you chose us. I also appreciate the honest feedback. We always take everything into consideration that our patrons tell us. However, I did want to explain the gratuity. We added gratuity to every single check that week because the servers shared tips which is not the normal protocol for us. Also the reason it was written in is because we have to make it clear being that we are old fashioned and do not have a computer system. It was purely for accounting purposes.
