I actually met them one night before they opened walking past there late at night. They were doing the finishing touches and opening the next morning.

That they have succeeded in such an obscure location with no parking surprised me. I guess it shows what great food can do.

Just found your blog. I love The Black Sheep. I don't eat seafood, and they made me the fish tacos vegetarian and charged me less, and I appreciated that. The banana pudding is a MUST HAVE for me and I don't even like bananas that much nor do I usually get dessert.

I've been pining for that sweedish meatball sub since they opened, and I don't even eat meat. Guess I can move on to other fantasies like those fish tacos. I better get there for dinner sometime before they rotate it off the menu.

Glad you're back to blogging. I, for one, was glad to see your critical take on Stronghill. We'll probably both go back and give it another shot, but not until after four more visits to The Black Sheep.
